Membership in the ULA will connect you to a network of committed leaders who are prepared to partner with you in community affairs, business ventures and all other forms of community expansion. You will become part of a massive movement that is prompting our self-reliance and overturning the effects of the historic repressive schemes targeted at the black community.
The organization offers local and non-local memberships to citizens who exhibit an interest and commitment to the advancement of the black community regardless of their race, color, gender, class or creed. We invite everyone who extends goodwill to all men and who accepts the responsibility of restoring the greatness in a community that has suffered systematic repression.
